For outstation, one-way, local, and airport transfers, what are the cancellation terms?

  1. In the event that you cancel your reservation within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup time and date, it will be treated as a no-show. There will be no refund in such cases, and the entire booking amount/advance will be charged as cancellation charges.
  2. Within 21 days, any remaining balance will be credited to the customer’s bank account if the booking is canceled 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time and date.


What are the terms and conditions if I cancel my taxi package/tour package/holiday package/round trip/wedding car rental?

  1. Please email with all cancellation requests for taxi packages/tour packages.

  2. In the event that a tour/taxi package is canceled at least 30 days before the tour date, 100% of the total amount will be refunded to the customer’s bank account.

  3. If you cancel between 7 and 15 days before the tour date, 50% of the advance amount will be deducted, and the remainder will be refunded within 21 days.

  4. Should the customer cancel between two and six days before the tour date, 75% of the advance amount will be deducted, and the remainder will be refunded in 21 days.

  5. When a taxi package, tour package, or holiday package is canceled between 16 and 30 days before the tour date, 25% of the advance amount is deducted. The remaining amount is returned to the customer’s Vizag Cab Services account within 21 days.

  6. The booking will not be refunded if canceled between 1 and 48 hours prior to arrival.

  7. There will be no refunds after sharing driver/vendor details.


Can I cancel my booking during the journey?

    1. You may cancel your booking trip in the middle of the journey, but you will have to pay the full booking amount to Vizag Cab Services.
    2. You will receive your refund within 21 working days if you qualify for a refund under the cancellation and refund policy. If you have any issues, please feel free to contact us at
    3. If the driver/vendor takes too long to arrive at your location, the cancellation charge will be waived.
    4. If you do not show up on the pickup date and time and/or your assigned driver/vendor is unable to contact you on your registered telephone number, you will be billed as a No-Show, and you will not receive a refund. A driver/vendor may treat a Booking as cancelled after a reasonable period of half an hour from the scheduled Booking time.
    5. The Customer is responsible for notifying Vizag Cab Services 24 hours prior to the departure time of any delays or reschedulings, and inquiring as to whether the car will be available at the rescheduled time.
    6. If the assigned driver/vendor cancels the ride without a valid and reasonable reason at the last hour, you will receive the full advance amount in your bank account. A new cab will not be arranged by Vizag Cab Services in a reasonable timeframe.
    7. In the event that the cancellation of your booking is caused by unavoidable external forces beyond the control of the human mind, such as epidemics, floods, fires, strikes, lockouts, terrorist acts, riots, or force majeure, all advance payments will be refunded to the customer.
    8. If your booking is canceled after you have been matched with your driver/vendor and taxi, it will be deemed a NO SHOW by the customer, and there will be no refund.

On special occasions such as Dussehra, Pongal, Diwali, Christmas etc, New Year, Holi, no cancellation is entertained for product/services booked through Vizag Cab Services sales team online, offline, or over the phone. There is no cancellation or refund available for these limited-time offers. Due to the shortage of cabs during peak hours or festival sessions, cab charges can be increased, but if the customer confirms the increase charges on the updated prices and cancels the booking after receiving the driver/vendor cab details, the advance amount will not be refunded. If vehicle breakdown or other genuine reason occurs at the driver’s or vendor’s end, Vizag Cab Services reserves the right to change the driver and taxi/tempotraveller/luxury car details before boarding. In such cases, cancellation and refund requests will not be accepted. In case of natural disaster, strike, road jam, lockdown , road construction, heavy traffic, Vizag Cab Services will not be responsible for cancellation/delay of service. Therefore, NO REFUND will be given.
