Vizag Cab Services terms and conditions apply to your reservation.
- Our team at Vizag Cab Services is dedicated to providing high-quality service and punctuality. As a result of scheduling our vehicles to serve multiple customers in a sequence, we are able to offer one-way transfers at an extremely attractive price. As an example, if you are going one-way from City A to City B, we have estimated your travel time and most likely have scheduled our driver to pick up another customer in City B.
- A ONE-WAY service involves pickup at your source address and delivery at your destination address.
- To ensure that all of our customers receive timely service, we ask that you arrive on time. Your trip may be canceled if you are not ready to leave on time.
- Your trip may be canceled or rescheduled at your expense if you are not ready to leave on time. The driver will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes at the scheduled pickup time.
- If you plan to take a lunch break or stop during the journey, please let us know in advance so we can determine the time of your on-journey break and prevent scheduling issues. For trips longer than 4 hours, a single 15-minute complimentary on-journey break is included in the confirmation email. Driver will not stop on the route unless it is part of the itinerary and written in this confirmation email. Driver will not stop on route unless.
- When the cab driver is able to wait at any point along your trip (provided the cab driver is available to wait), you will be charged for waiting charges at the rate of Rs.300/hour.
- If you are scheduled to begin or end your trip between 10pm and 6am or if the trip is estimated to end after 10pm, you will be responsible for paying the night driving allowance of Rs. 250/- shall also be applied. Please check your confirmation email to see if driver allowance is included.
- DRIVER REST AND CHANGE OF VEHICLE: Our drivers are expected to drive for no more than four hours continuously with at least a 30-minute break. Longer drives may result in a change of vehicle and driver for one-way transfers.
- This reservation is only applicable to the exact itinerary mentioned in your quote.
- It is for a point-to-point drop only, as specified by the pickup address, drop address, and routing instructions.
- You will be billed for your actual distance traveled. The distances quoted in your quote are estimates. If you have not provided the exact address before your pickup or if it cannot be determined at the time of providing you with the booking amount estimate, then your quote includes travel from city center to city center. In your itinerary, the distance to be driven is only valid for travel between the addresses, waypoints and locations specified in your booking.
- Your driver will not agree to any changes to your itinerary or route unless the changes are made and the updated itinerary is documented in your reservation. The addition or modification of waypoints, pick-ups, drop-offs, halts, destinations or sightseeing spots is ABSOLUTELY NOT AUTHORIZED unless it is added to your itinerary and confirmed in writing through your booking confirmation email. If your itinerary changes, your prices will also change.
- The quoted price will vary based on a number of factors, including but not limited to: the itinerary, waypoints, driving terrain, local union fees, local restrictions, and estimated distances.
- The exact pickup and drop off addresses for your itinerary must be provided before we can assign your vehicle and driver. In the absence of these information at least 12 hours prior to your trip, your reservation may be cancelled and all cancellation charges will be borne by you. Once the addresses are provided, the quotation may change accordingly.
- A day is a calendar day (from 5 a.m. to 10 p.m.).
AT THE TIME OF PICKUP.
- At the start of a trip, you must confirm the driver’s identification and the car’s license plate.
- If the vehicle & driver information does not match the information provided by Vizag Cab Services, do not ride. If you choose to ride in a vehicle that is not commercially licensed or with another driver than the one we have assigned to you, we will not be responsible or liable.
- A driver may request identification from you to ensure that you are riding with the correct driver. Drivers may also ask for your identification. Failure to provide identification will result in your booking being canceled at your own expense.
THE FOLLOWING PAYMENT SCHEDULE IS APPLICABLE TO YOUR TRIP.
- In order to confirm your booking, you must pay in full or a minimum specified percentage of the total amount as an advance.
- When boarding the taxi, 50% of the remaining amount shall be paid to the taxi operator
- You must pay the remaining amount in equal parts per day during your remaining days of the trip. The taxi operator must receive all payments at least 24 hours before the end of the trip.
- In hilly regions, it may be necessary to turn off the air conditioning to prevent engine overload.
- You may cancel your reservation by calling +91 7075722668. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup will be subject to our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
- Your reservation should include the exact number of passengers and amount of luggage you will be travelling with. Please ensure this is communicated to us at least 24 hours prior to pickup to guarantee that the vehicle will have sufficient space. To avoid any additional costs, please note that parking charges or entry fees are not included in your quotation. Any other charges incurred during the trip are the responsibility of the customer.
- When you book our Value or Economy services, we can only promise to provide a vehicle in a certain category, but we cannot guarantee a specific model. A SPECIFIC MODEL OR CONFIGURATION OF A VEHICLE CAN NEVER BE GUARANTEED UNLESS YOU BOOK A SERVICE TYPE THAT GUARANTEES A SPECIFIC VEHICLE MODEL.
